Karen brings a wealth of expertise and a deeply trained eye to our team. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Colorado State University, she began her career working with high-end clientele in Santa Cruz, California, before spending decades navigating the dynamic Seattle and Bellevue markets.

Over the course of her impressive career, Karen has worn many hats, seamlessly bridging the gap between behind-the-scenes commerce and forward-facing design. She has spent years helping major showrooms curate their product lines and master their visual merchandising, while simultaneously working directly with clients to transform their homes and businesses into welcoming, calming retreats.

Now, she is bringing that dual expertise to the Parker Furniture showroom floor. As our Buyer and Floor Merchandiser, Karen’s mission is to hunt down the highest quality pieces, anticipate the next great design shifts, and style our space to inspire yours. Whether she is analyzing global sourcing trends or meticulously arranging a new showroom vignette, her goal is to make world-class design feel accessible, intentional, and beautifully curated.
